The client is running TNG ver 1.1.1.12

I have attached raw data files for 16 / 17 March.
Problem-
The customer uses pincodes. They have setup the names and codes under users and accounts on TNG.
When you run a user detail report, it gives you data but the data is not allocated to any user.
Ext detail report works fine. Account detail report gives you un-allocted data and below that data, data per account.
