missing digit in the report

we have a TNG software running but when we try to extract the report some of the leading numbers are not showing. we have some outgoing numbers which have leading numbers of 31 but in the report it doesn't show.our country code is 267 and instead of the report to show e.g 2673190000, it will show 26790000. some other leading numbers from 32xxxxx, 33xxxxx, 34xxxxx,35xxxxx,36xxxxx,37xxxxx,38xxxxx,39xxxxx are showing correctly with no omission.
