Creation of Plugins

HI there
is it possible to create our own plugins for import ?
or is the easiest way to convert the CDR to either a generic format for import or a format which is currently supported ?

You can refer to the section 'Import data from Datatex software:' in the forum post:
TNG call data import options

If you write your own plugin to convert the raw data to the same string as per post, you can use the File Reader as Communication mode with the standard PTOPAZPIP plugin.

Please note that:

1. you need to take responsibility for correctness of translation of call data as TNG simply provide Reporting on the call details your plugin created.
2. you need to provide the input file for TNG: if any issue making it available to TNG it will influence call details available in TNG.
