TNG Plugin with Nortel CS 1000 rel 7.6

The client uses a Nortel CS1000 rel 7.6 with TNG ver 1.1.1.11

Plugin: PMeridian_Opt11C_New.dll

Some users dial out with pin codes, some users don't have pin codes

Intermittantly TNG will show that a call was made from a ext not using pin code, but that a call was made by a users pin code. The user that apparently made the call did not have access to that specific ext.

Can I have the pin used on the call.

A quick one, do you have access to the client? if yes can you contact support i want us to make some test.

1. Make a test with a pin
2.see if the pin will appear on raw file.
3.check if plugin translate it correctly.
