Reclaim database error: gbak...could not drop database...

Something was using the database at the time. All Amethyst applications
are stopped, except for the webadmin, so it's either the webadmin or
the database that's busy with something.

Please try the following, restart the Amethyst server. When it boots up,
everything should be in an "idle" state (i.e. the database should not
be doing anything). Do the reclaim space again.
