Please assist with the following issue we are experiencing.
We have a TNG for Windows installed at Anderson Transport: Head office/Wellington.
The issue we are experiencing is that the software continually deactivates and when this happens, reporting does not work. We then have to call your offices to get the software re-activated.
This is wasting time on many fronts (Webcall, Datatex and Anderson) and is leading to irate customers.
How do we fix this?
