Amethyst Server
Reduced the number of e-mail messages and unnecessary
network traffic for CTI agents and agents which are down.
Support for cardservers to retrieve the user name
from configured virtual extensions.
Support for automatic executable updates of USBClients.
Only works with USBClient 1.6.
Improved the handling of virtual extensions by the
licensing system.
No need to restart the Amethyst server after changing
the e-mail configuration.
New status "SHUTDOWN" to show client software that has

Amethyst Sweeper
The sweeper now tries to lookup user names for
recordings with blank entries or the words "AMTCARDS" or
"PRI" in the user name field.
Additional logging to show adding or deleting physical devices.
Sets AQM flag to "A" if not set and screenshots found.
(for AMTClient installations).
Rejected logs now contain the extension used to reject the call.

Updated to work with latest GetSet.
Fixed a possible bug when using GetSet destinations.
Amethyst Webadmin
ACDMitel now runs on the Amethyst server and can be
configured from the Webadmin.
When configuring Virtual extensions, the first virtual
extension is now saved.
Timezone information is used when sending e-mails.
The new Datatex Software License has been included.
The Webadmin now gives an error message for Supervisor
logins or passwords which are too long.
Critical errors are now embedded in the e-mail and no
longer attached.
Virtual extensions can be edited for any agent on the system
and new ones can be added in the Webadmin.
The international dialing code, country code and area code can
now be configured for the Sweepers destination lookups.
Amethyst Supervisor
Javascript is no longer embedded in e-mailed reports. It is
still included in the attached report.
Fixed a bug where the search would use calendar time variables
after swapping from using the calendar to using normal date searches
if you previously used calendar date and time ranges when searching.
Fixed a minor bug where the unique web request handle could
be appended to Supervisor comments.
Fixed a minor bug where a "/" in the user name prevented live
listening / monitoring of that recording device.
Added a number field to the main Supervisor screen (for displaying
the number used in AMTCards 1.6 and up).
The supervisor can now toggle between showing only recording devices
or all devices on the main screen.
Reduced the amount of data sent for live updates of the main screen:
Now updates only agents that have changed, not all agents.
Less data is sent per agent.
Widened the LINE/TRUNK and NUMBER fields on the main screen to
accomodate longer numbers and trunks.
Fixed a minor memory leak in live updates (from 1.5.10.6).
Added support for clients which report SHUTDOWN as a status
(currently Kyanite does).
Displays a message if Supervisor logs out on another browser
tab and live updates stop working.
Amethyst TAPILink
Added support for longer extensions (more than 4 digits)
on Panasonic PABXs.
Added support for Mitel TSP in automatic update mode.
Added support for Mitel TSP in automatic update mode with
brackets around extensions.
Added support for LG GDK PABX.
TAPILink now uses the TAPI Antifreeze service to recover
from TAPI problems.
TAPILink will immediately return control to TAPI for faster
processing.
Amethyst SMDRLink
No longer writes a log entry for every record sent to the
TSM2000 LAN buffer.
Fixed a bug where writing file buffers would give an
access violation.
Modified TCP code to detect network connection failure
more accurately.
Added TCP/IP dependancy on Win32 Service so SMDRLink
does not start before the network services are ready.
SMDRLink no longer crashes when reloading or changing a plugin.
Added keep-alive code for TCP connections on Mitel
PABXs (not enabled by default).
