Overview
USBClient uses the Microsoft 6.10 GSM codec to compress the audio stream to the
C:\Program Files\Datatex\USBClient\Data\ xxxxxxxxxx.gsm file.
If the codec is missing or configured incorrectly USBClient would
have no way of compressing the audio stream to that file.
When viewing the USBCLient log and the following error is received
Error in ProcessDecibel : acmStreamOpen: The requested operation cannot be performed.
