Dear Kyle

Thank you for your query.

As per telephonic and e-mail conversations, you provided the raw data files for the same date/time range as per TNG report attached (incoming call bug.xlsx). I had to simulate the reported issue which was that no number appears on reports for incoming calls and the incoming calls is charged/costed on TNG reports.

I've completed the simulation tests and found that the following:

1. No number appears - number field shows the word "Incoming" on Call List and Reports page.
TNG simply reports the information it receives from the PABX unit. Kindly check with a Panasonic PABX technician if the PABX unit can be configured to send/show the number within the rawdata for incoming calls (all call types).

2. 'Incoming calls' is not costed/charged on TNG Reports or Call list page.
I drew the "Transaction Detailed Report" selecting "Incoming Calls Only" as the 'Call Outcome' under selection criteria. Total calls were 829 incoming calls; zero outgoing calls with a total duration of 08:29:34 and no charges - R0.00 - (kindly confirm if you need me to provide this report).

I've spoken to TJ and explained these results to him. Should you require any further information please reply to this forum post or call us on 086 111 4351.

Thanking you in advance.

Kind Regards
Odette
