No data under User Configuration

Good day Support,

Please note we are having an issue with one of our clients tng, data under "user configuration" is not displaying at all,

I have attached a screenshot of the page,

Dear Refiloe

It looks like the user configuration file could have damage - perhaps power dip or power failure.

The file must be removed and re-populated with the user names and pin codes.

See steps:
Not all my users are listed - please add user on call list

I am trying to import the data, but the option under "data configuration" is grayed out, could there be any reason to that

I am getting this error when trying to log in on the "user configuration" page

Please ignore the last two screenshots,

Please note I have followed all of the steps and still no data is populating

Hi Belinda,

Please note when I try to enable "Import pin user from file" it gives me an error that "the new password and password confirmation values are not the same"

As discussed by phone,
please restart the TNG service.

Log into TNG.
Do only the following setting: Tick the import pin user and apply.
