Please see attached is the files. I'm struggling to get the costs correct. It shows the costing as R0

I used the files you provided and just updated my tng.ini file with your section:

I did a rebuild of the exchange file:
How do I re-create the TNG Exchange file?

I re-placed the simple custom rates files in the folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Datatex\tng\rates
with:

I imported the raw data and it costed:

NOTE:
Please check that your numbers displays in the same format and outgoing calls with a duration shows a cost.
There must be no rules configured in the rules.ini file in the folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Datatex\tng\plugins
