Log into Supervisor with administrator login:
Select ‘Administrations’ page:
Select 'Group User Maintenance':
Select the required Supervisor group name.
NOTE: You must first create the Supervisor group under 'Add/Change Group'.
The unallocated user names will be in the left hand block.
To add a user name to the group, click on it - color will change to RED, then drag accross.
Click on APPLY once all user names dragged across to save changes.
Now the group is available to allocate to a Supervisor.
If existing group then the change will take affect for all Supervisors with access to this group.
