Can I store backups of AMETHYST off site?

AMETHYST does not do backups, it has archive options.

Each night at 21h00 archives is done.

You have 3 options:
Archive to Hard Drive.
To harddrive can be to the Removeable Harddrive in the AMETHYST server
or to USB drive connected to the AMETHYST server.
NFS share on the network.
This can be to a drive on the NFS Server or to a USB drive connected
to the NFS server.
Dual archiving.
You can configure to archive to both Hard Drive and NFS.

You also have a manual archive option.

Only archived recordings will be purged. Purged recordings can be
accessed via the AMTListen program from your archived location. If
auto purge is not configured, you can access recordings via Supervisor
and the AMTListen program. Auto purge takes place each night at 24h00.

You also have a manual purge option.

Once the removeable or USB drives is full, you have the option to store
in a safe location.

If you require backups, you can make your own backups of the archived
recordings and store them for example off site.
