TNG and the SAMSUNG 7200 pabx

Overview:

TNG will only load calls if the TNG buffer is connected to the comport.
If the PABX only has a network connection, you still need to connect
the TNG buffer to the comport and the set communication mode to Network.

If the SS75 LANBUFFER is in use, then the LANBUFFER will receive data
from the PABX and TNG will connect to the LANBUFFER.

Setup:

TNG:
Connect the TNG buffer to the comport of the PC.
Connect the LANBUFFER to the network and then configure TNG
to connect through the network to the LANBUFFER.
Log into TNG WebAdmin.
Select 'General Settings' from the 'Home' page.
(You will need to enter the technical password,
else the option you need will be greyed out).
In the 'Communication Configuration' section
Configure TNG to use the PSamsung7400.Dll plugin.
Configure TNG to connect via 'Network' to the buffer:
Set "PABX port" as the TCP port of the LANBUFFER
"PABX IP" as the IP address of LANBUFFER.
Click on "Apply" to save these changes.

SS-75 LANBUFFER:

Configure the SS-75 LANBUFFER to connect to the SAMSUNG PABX. This
can be done via network since it is the only port available on PABX.
Please note:

It has been noted that the connection to the PABX gets lost, you might
have to restart the PABX and the LANBUFFER for it to start sending
the data to TNG.

TNG also has a 'Keep Alive' option. Use this to allow re-connect
if TCP connection is lost.
