If there is call data in the PABX3, but not in Topaz:
Click on SETUP on the left.
Choose Running Logs.
Check for errors in the log.
If there is an error in the log, try searching for that error.
See :Field "Maan" not found or error in updating rawdata
If there is no error, it may be that the data just has not been imported yet.
If TOPAZ is not open the data doesn't get imported into the system. The PABX3
Interface (the Small Telephone Icon at the bottom of the screen in the taskbar)
downloads all the data to a file. Only when you open Topaz and you are running in
MASTER mode will Topaz import the data from the PABX.PIP file.
When Topaz is started it will check to see if you are running in master mode.
If it is then topaz will wait about 2 minutes and then start to import the
PABX.PIP file.
While Topaz imports data you will see the number of records being read at
the bottom of the screen in the status bar. The amount of records currently
in the database is also showed as the TRX.
To check how often data is being imported:
[SETUP -> PROPERTIES -> PABX ->]
Check if AUTO LOAD is ticked and when it updates, example every 60 minutes.
If you have a MASTER and CLIENT running:
On the MASTER TOPAZ PABX3 must always be running to create .pip files for TOPAZ.
The MASTER TOPAZ must always be open to read this file in.
The CLIENT TOPAZ gets the data from the MASTER TOPAZ.
So, if the MASTER TOPAZ is closed no data can be imported and passed to the CLIENT
and therefore there will be no data to view in the reports.
Also See: My master version of Topaz no longer imports data, and now is apparently a client version.
