* Make sure that there is a user associated with an extension.
* Check that there are no duplicate entries of the name on the user maintenance
screen. If there are, delete the duplicates. Then go to the extension screen and
reselect the correct users for that extension and save it.
Lastly do a "Update TRX File" afterwards.
* Make sure that the user has all the details (Branch, Department, Section) filled
in. Also verify that that user's exntension has the same details.
(If account codes are used it must be the same there aswell)
