Topaz hangs after login

There are two known reasons for this.

1) The BDE is out of date. This is normally when a Corel product was installed
e.g. WordPerfect or Quattro. Even if uninstalled it still leaves the old
version of the BDE on the system. Topaz installation will not owerwrite this
version from a normal installation. Install the BDE seperate from TOPAZ. This
should solve the problem.

2) Screen resolution and colour is wrong. Topaz requires a resolution of
800X600 and 256 colours minimum (8 bit). There is a known ISSUE from Borland that
the BDE doesn't work on Windows with it's colors set to 16 colors.

Minimum requirements:
a) 800X600
b) 256 colors minimum / 8 bit (16 colors does not work!)
