OVERVIEW
In the 'General Settings' page, the 'Abused call settings' section you
can configure the information that appears on the abused call report.
The 'Abused call report' will show you all the calls that exceeded
the cost, duration and ringtime configured in general settings.
However this configuration is overwritten if you change the criteria on the reports page.
Reports Page:
(a)Date selection -> Select the date period of the report.
(b)Abused Call Criteria -> Enter the abused call settings.
A call will be flagged as abused if any of the criteria selected is true.
(c)Optional Selection Criteria -> Select the departmet, extension, etc.
and the report will only display for the selected options. If left blank
then all the departments, extension, ect. will be reported on.
