I want to register TNG4*, I get a cannot display page error

When using the file read option, TNG will lock the files. It
is this action that causes the "Cannot Display Page" message
in this version of TNG.

Please stop and start the deamon (Linux) or stop and start
the TNG service (Windows). When you log into TNG it will now
allow you to do step 1, etc.
