General
Show small dialog with progress on startup.
Added AstroTel Front Office Output from Topaz.
Better error reporting via the log file if there is a transaction problem.
Disable the Add feature while printing the batch reports
PABX Tab: Made button order even.


Lines
Setup a new file for the Trunk lines. Where a description will be entered.(Not Implemented yet)

Enquiries
All Calls now just show usufull columns of the database.
Show "LINE" on the grid.
Show "AccountCode" Field on the enquiries screen if account codes are
not hidden.

Data
Disable Accounts screen's Grid while doing "Update Trx".
Disable Lookup screens Grids while doing "Update Trx".
When adding a new Account Code, SetFocus on Account Code Field.


Reports
New report order option for summary reports to order by "group by"
Custom Reports - Field Selection keyword "<BLANK>" to select fields with no value
e.g. list all extensions where there is no user.
Company Cost Analysis: Added Lines seperating each Branch and each Department
for easier Reading.
Display "From" and "To" Date on Call Category, Total Vs Avg,
Business vs Private reports.
Page Numbers on "Detail with summary" report.
Show "Between date" at the top of the "Call Category" report.
Show "Between date" at the top of the "Business vs Private" report.
Show "Between date" at the top of the "Total vs Avgerage" report.
Show "All" date range the report was generated at the top of the
"Detail with summary" report.
Disable Buttons on the Standard Reports screen when printing any of Standard
reports.


Fixed

General
Corrected a problem with destinations in CLI to Call Monitor and
UDP hang-up bug.

Reports
Reports on the menus did not print. (Custom and Exception)
If a detailed report was printed in Landscape, a unessecary total column and
totals could be seen.
When deleting a report from the Custom Reports screen, it was not removed
from the Custom reports menu at the top of the screen.
When deleting a report from the Exception Reports screen, it was not removed
from the Exception reports menu at the top of the screen.
When running Account code summary reports, display the Username for
that account code next to the account code, like the extension report.
"Total vs Average" report: The total "Total Duration" in the Average column,
always showed "0:00:00"
"Total vs Average" report: The total "Total Duration" in the Ring Time column,
always showed "0:00:00"
"Total vs Average" report: The total "Average Duration" Total in the Average column,
always shows "0:00:00"
Custom Report: "Detail with summary" using order by "When" and "Group"
gave an error : "Field in Order By must be in result set."
Reports all used to have "Save as" option for Txt, Html and Csv.
Moved "Printed For" and "Printed On" dates down. The dates were on
the same level as the title and a Long Titles overwrote these dates.
(Call Category, Total Vs Avg and Business vs Private
reports)
Total vs Avg Report: "Incoming Calls total" didn't show all the digits.
Group by "dialCode" displays the prefix next to it on Summary Reports.
Detail with Summary Report: When Max record was set, only that many Detailed
pages were Displayed. Now it will display all the pages, but the max record
will have an effect on the amount of information on the page.


Exception Report
Exception reports didn't make provision for CellRouter.
Sort Database Fields in Alphabetic order.
Made the Number field wider.

Queries
Select dates, <today>, <yesterday> was not working.

Batch Reports
First Batch didn't always print.
Some reports did not print.
When a sheduled report was e-mailed, it should not have been printed unless a
printer is set.
