Required:
1.) TOPAZ 1.5.0.4 or newer.
Topaz 1.6.5.0 allows the use of account codes .
2.) Install Call Monitor on each workstation.

For AJS Integration under TOPAZ:
This option is enabled in Topaz under
[Setup > Properties > Network/FrontOffice under Local Front Office]
Please tick "Enable Local Front Office".
Select file name for output under "Output File Path"
Select AJS under "Output Format".
