Access violation when starting Topaz (after logging in)

1. Database:

Your database files might be corrupt. Make a backup and follow the
instructions in the Rebuild Technical Article

2. Printer:

If this does not work try
Error creating this report form

Printing from stand-alone PC:
- Check that you have printer drivers installed and
- that you actually have access to the printer.
- If you have access, make sure that you can print.
Do a test print from Windows to the printer.

Printing to a network printer or TOPAZ PC that is on a network:
If you are on a network, but not connected to the network printer,
you can add a virtual local printer on your computer. Go to
Start->Settings->Printer and Faxes (the latter might differ according to the
operating system on your computer).

Right-click on the page and select Add Printer. A wizard will appear.
Follow the instructions. Do not auto-detect printers. Set it to the default
printer.
