Firstly, make sure that all the computers that are going to get the Callmonitor
can access the computer that has Topaz installed.
Use the ping command and the IP address of the Topaz Computer.(there is an SSL
Document that explains how to use ping)

Information required:
Computer name or IP address of each Computer that will run Callmonitor.
The extension that is used at each of these computers.
The Name of the person sitting there.
The IP Address or name of the computer where Topaz is installed.
Topaz Setup:
Setup all the extensions and the Users in topaz.
In Topaz under Data -> Extensions/Users.
Enter the IP address or Name of computer on the
extension screen for each extension.

In the Topaz Setup -> Properties -> Network,
enable the Callmonitor feature and
make sure that the port number is 25003.
Callmonitor Setup:
These settings can now be changed on the settings screen in Callmonitor.
Run the Callmonitor Setup from the CD.
Open the C:\program files\datatex\Callmonitor\Callmonitor.INI file and
enter the correct IP or computer name for Topaz.
TOPAZIP=192.168.10.2
or
in [Call Monitor under Setup -> Network -> ]
Enter the Topaz Host & Topaz Port number
You can also enter the user name for this computer in the INI file.
USERID=Leon
or
in [Call Monitor under Setup -> General -> ]
Enter the User name & User extension number
Now, when ever a call comes in or goes out for the extensions, that has been
setup like this, a Pop up window will appear from Callmonitor.
A reference code has to be entered now. This code will be saved back to Topaz.
Reports can now be done from Topaz regarding these references.
