Topaz buffer doesn't work correctly with Ericsson PABXs

Try the following:

This probelm has been reported by users in Botswana.
After checking the COM port settings of the PABX, it was
found that the port was set to test mode.
Unsetting this option seems to have solved their problem.

Strap 4&7 on the input of the buffer (collecting port).
