My Topaz Database is damage, how do I fix it?

The problem is with your database files in TOPAZ.

Make a backup of "C:\Program Files\Datatex\Topaz".
Your "C:\Program Files\Datatex\PABX3" has the old data to re-import.
Please do not delete this!

Now Delete the "C:\Program Files\Datatex\Topaz".
Then only re-install TOPAZ, to create new blank database files.
You will have to re-register TOPAZ (reset and register).
Sent the fax to 021 592 4077.

Copy the following files, if they are not damaged,
from the backup to "C:\Program Files\Datatex\Topaz\Data":

Categories*

Control* this is your settings
Custom*
Department*

Line*
Master* this is your phone numbers
Routers*
UserDetail*
Users*

If they are damaged you will have to enter these manually
and your settings will be lost (example filter settings).

The extensions will come off the PABX.
