Go to PABX3 Choose OPTIONS > VT100
Make a phone call, check if you can identify that number.
That phone number comes off the PABX.
Now check in the number column under PABX3's Call Data Screen.
If the phone number is wrong here, then the wrong plugin is used.
Make sure you selected the correct plugin.
If there is no plugin for your PABX, sent us a rawdata file and we will write one.
You will find it in "C:\Program Files\Datatex\pabx3\Rawdata\"
or "C:\Program Files\Datatex\pabx3\rawdata.txt".
If your data came thru to Topaz wrong you have to delete that call and re-import
it. Do the following:
Clean Topaz transaction file,
process old calls and import data into Topaz
