Can Topaz subtract cost of free minutes for Cellrouters?

Topaz does not have this feature at present.

You can use the Topaz Cost Calculator to make a estimate of the cost to subtact for the
free minutes. This is a estimate since there are different cost between the networks
and cost vary for peak and off-peak times.

Remember to :
Enter the first 3 digits of the cellphone number.
The default setting for date and time is the PC's current date and time.
Choose the peak or off-peak time you want to cost.
Also change your minutes to calculate the cost of your free minutes.
Choose the correct line number for your cell router.
