This error message points to access related issues, please ensure that you have the required Windows access.
XP has an option: Do not allow user to install software. Ensure your Windows login has rights to install.
The user must :
- have rights to install software
- have rights to delete from the registry.
*** You must install Topaz with the login of the user who will be using Topaz!!
PLEASE NOTE:TOPAZ will not work on windows 64 bit as the BDE cannot be installed on this version.
