New Features
The detailed custom report has a new format that allows one variable column.
(Any Field can be selected to be displayed per call. e.g., ringtime, line number,
reference)
Topaz now send the userlist to Callmonitor every time a callmonitor starts up.
The Amethyst information now includes the trunk line and direction of a call.
Export options also has a "BOTH" option, to export Cost + Price.
Automatic import of the PIP file can now handle *.PIP, for all files in
a folder.
Setup -> Billing allows for a Fixed Cost and a description to be entered. This
will be printed the billing Tax Invoice that is printed for an extension or
User. ( When User is used, the fixed cost will be multiplied by the number
of extensions allocated to that user)
An User can now have a custom percentage added for billing purposes. It will
be applied on the billing price. This will allow per user configuration after
normal billing.

Issues Resolved
Topaz now displays the correct time period on the rates screen. No other
changes to rates.
Some components where over lapping on XP.
When "Hide Account Codes" is enabled, custom, exception or billing reports
using account codes will not print. Use "User" in place of "Account"
Remove the option to send messages from topaz to Callmonitor.
Printing now uses the printer's default paper size and not A4 anymore.
Detailed reports "With Break" uses the "Break on" field for breaking.
Topaz will import the PIP file regardless of what regional settings are set.
Corrected some spelling mistakes.
The Data -> Extension screen now has a Callmonitor IP and an Amethyst IP.
This allows Callmonitor and Amethyst to be used together in a Citrix environment.
Call Category report has been adjusted to allow for much larger
amounts in the Cost columns. (Tested up to R40,000,000.00)
