I checked the settings and ONYX is configured to popup when a recordings starts:
- Code: Select all
SCREENPOP=1
The 'OnyxRecordingCore.log' show recordings made for today. See example of entries:
- Code: Select all

NOTE: The default minimum call duration for a recording to be saved is 15 seconds. Recordings less than 15 seconds will not be saved. Please try the following:- Go to the search recording screen and search for calls for today (2012-12-04) to see if you find the recordings listed in the log file(more than 15 seconds).
- If you can search for the recording, then we need to figure out why the ONYX screen did not popup when the recording started.
NOTE: The setting for popup when a recordings starts is also enabled in ONYX. If it does not popup, it can be that another program has 'focus' and therefore ONYX does not popup 'over' it. For more details - see forum post: My ONYX recording screen does not always popup
- If you cannot search for an recording, then either the file path is incorrect or the recording did not take place.
NOTE: For ONYX to record, it uses the sound card in the ONYX USB Tap. If you run other applications like the webcam, it must not be set to use the usb audio codex microphone as default mic. For Windows 7 Settings for the ONYX sound card, see forum post: Onyx/USBClient for Vista/Windows 7
