Hi
i need t retrieve a call urgently and i cant find it in the recording.
in this the calls from this extension does not appear in the supervisor. could this be due to the number of agents that we have and how can we go about getting the recording for that call?.

Do you know on which extension the call took place? If you have a Telephone Management System you can use it to search for the call details to confirm that that the call took place. The use this call details in AMETHYST search.
Please check the AMETHYST device list if a licensed extension, if not you will not have the recording.
