Telkom not costing

Hi am having a issue where all outgoing calls through a telkom trunk are not costing. The sip trunk works fine. Attached is the call made to our office the number is 0333446100. What I have noticed is that somehow its not picking up the destination of calls.

The csv log shows the following.

cat /var/log/asterisk/cdr-csv/Master.csv

Strange enough though is that calls through the sip trunk are fine. Is it perhaps the name of my trunk that causing issue here?

Could you please provide the tng.export file and master.csv.
We need this for further investigation.

Attached is the Master.csv file. May I ask where do I locate/find the tng.export file?

The export files is located in the folder:

    Dear DC data

    We have loaded your trunk configuration and Master.csv
    Calls on the telkom SIP/5000 are costing on outgoing calls.

I have used your .ini and rules.

My sip trunks which are costing with your data and trunks provided.
