TNG has a 'CSV Export' option. This is a comman delimited CSV file. The CSV file can be opened in Excel, but is not for Excel specific.

The CSV export does not have the same display format as the TNG html report. It simply contains all the information used to create the html report. This allows you to format data as per your requirements outside TNG.

The CSV export format is fixed and cannot be changed in TNG. The CSV fields will also be different depending on the TNG report you export to CSV.

Please Note:

All total costs on the report will be excluded when it is exported to Excel as this will allow the user to add totals as per their preference using Excel's functionality.

If you need to see details of individual calls made, you will need to use the Extension/User Detail reports and not Department Summary by User/Extension.

The TNG export to CSV feature was introduces in TNG version 1.0.2.0,
the format has not changed since then (dating back to 2007).

When you import the comma delimted CSV file into Excell you need to select that the file has a delimiter and specify it as comma delimited, else it will import the entire string in one column in Excell instead of placing each comma delimited field in a seperate column.
