TNG makes provision for pin and account codes.

Under 'Ext/User name' it shows PLEASE ADD USER.

This means a pin code call was received, which is not configure under 'Configure Users'.
Please update all the pin codes with user names. You will then no longer see the PLEASE ADD USER message.

Pull report for Users and not Account codes.
