TNG Not Rectifying Historical data

Hi Lee,

As per discussion, we have a client who is experiencing issues retrieving historical data(From Nov 2014 - till current date). The User configuration has been import already, we have notice that the new data is reporting correctly once the 'swop account to pin code' has been enabled - however we require the historical data for the client as they are unable too build their employees according as this data effect their salaries drastically.

If the historical data was loaded with out the Pin code swap, those calls probably don't have pin codes allocated properly now.

You would have to remove all the call data and reload it with the setting enabled from the start to address this issue.
