Cannot see extension Names

Hi all,

When connecting to TNG and click on extension it doesn't display anything only the edit/delete button, but when going into users/pin codes everything is there so the client cannot add, delete or edit extension numbers

Sounds like your user file has corrupted.

With all the load shedding we suggest to put the PC on a UPS and also schedule it to shutdown before the UPS power runs out.

You will need to blank the user file and enter / re-import the user again. For steps to blank the file and import refer to forum post: Not all my users are listed - please add user on call list
