This subject has been briefly covered, but I think I need to ask my exact question.
I do an account reconcile every 11th of the month, and last month I reconciled the Account up to 10th February, with all calls made.
Yesterday, due to loadshedding and my UPS tripping the TNG server shut down suddenly. On starting up again, I see I have lost ALL call data going back to 26th January.
I do not have system restore set, and the system is up and running recording data from that start up.
My question is, How do I restore the lost days data so that I can bill my clients? I spoke to Belinda and she informed me there is a way to restore from Raw Data.
