Automatic updating of TOPAZ call logs and info

I checked in previous FAQ and found similar topice - our TOPAZ is not updating after we had a power failure. I downloaded the steps explained but it is still not updating! It was a post dated Feb 2012 12: 01pm from Belinda Frick. I followed all the processes given - all okay unitl second stage " how do i do a DBRepaire" followed all the steps but last action to select " I accept" when selected and going back to TOPAZ still not updating... please can you assist.

Close TOPAZ.
Open TOPAZ.

Please post the first error message you receive on the screen when trying to log in.

No error message when opening TOPAZ - I sign in as per usual then normally i would notice at the bottom of the screen in the middle is reads " TRX = followed by a number - this is the transaction total" then within a minute or 2 of signing in this number automatically starts to run and increase until all details are loaded or up dated. I then go to Reports and draw what i require. But since the power issue when i sign in it goes to the required page/screen but that number/total does not update. I have left TOPAZ on for hours and no updating...Even if I go to the fields and select the dates it gives me a clear report screen?

Okay new question - error code found:
" EXCEPTION ERROR IN [SendUDP] - Socket Error # 10065
no route to Host"

Any advice to get this sorted?

Select "SET UP" then select " RUNNING LOGS" .....
