Custom rates costing incorrectly

Postby Belinda Frick » Mon Jul 09, 2018 3:47 pm

OVERVIEW:

I configured a Simple Custom ratebook.

Calls for prefixes in ini file will cost at custom rate and not in file will overflow to:
RATE=za_telkom.dll

The custom ratebook is selected under TRUNK CONFIGURATION.

Some calls cost incorrect.

THINGS TO CHECK:

  1. The Simple Custom ratebook can only cost the prefixes you specified.
    Ensure your list is completed.

    NOTE: You can configure a default rate book:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Datatex\tng\rates

    In this example all 06 prefixes are costed by the Custom ratebook.
    If prefix not found it will use the Telkom standard rates.
    If you want no default ratebook, then leave it blank next to 'RATE='

    Code: Select all
    ;code=S,Cost PerSec,MinCost,RateType,Desc

    RATE=za_telkom.dll
    27615=S, 0.016520, 0, M, CELLC,
    27616=S, 0.016520, 0, M, CELLC,
