TNG not loading data - Asterisk PBX

Dear Sir / Madam

We have a customer with 424 peers/extensions defined on their Asterisk PBX. TNG has not loaded any CDR data for 10 days as it is unable to process the Peer List.

TNG logfile is full of entries below

Is there any way that TNG can process CDR's without having to process the Peer List or if the timeout for procesing the Peer list be changed from 60 seconds to 120+ seconds or be a user defined option on the Tech screen?

Below is the information as requested. As mentioned, when we ran 1.0.7.0 we had very little problems. The main reason for upgrading was the fact the 1.0.7.0 could not cost 06X numbers. We had the same issue on 1.0.7.0 with the peer list, but we did not go for days where the list was not processed.

We are only storing 2018/2019 data in the TMS system; dropped everything else.

Asterisk 1.4.42
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q9400 @ 2.66GHz
4GB Ram

Dear Andrew

Can you please start TNG up using the following:

export LANG=C
strace -f -s 255 ./tng 2> trace.log

It will create a file 'trace.log' only logging the first 255 events on startup.
We also require the full tng.log for the same date-time as the trace.log

Please use 'Upload attachement' to attach:
trace.log
tng.log

Ran TNG using strace as requested. Attached logfile. The trace file is too large to upload. Below please find the Dropbox link.

I ran it yesterday and today; yesterday TNG processed the CDR flatfiles; same today; took an hour and 20 minutes before the peerlist was processed.

Since my last update to this ticket TNG processed data for 4 days (up till 4 February) and never again. Any feedback on my previous post? Is this something that can be rectified?
