Error when sending scheduled reports

Hi Support,

I scheduled a report to run at 10:00 AM today(20160605), and below is the errors I am getting in the log files, is this something that you can sort out or if you can give me a way on how to resolve it,

Dear Refilow

The log shows an error : Send Email Failed : Socket Error # 111[13][10]Connection refused.

I suggest testing the e-mail feature by sending for example a Listing report from the report screen.

If this report is sent, then we know the e-mail is working and you can try the scheduled report again:
TNG and scheduled reports/archiving reports

If not, please check the mail server setting - it must be a SMTP Mail server:
TNG: sending report via e-mail.Can't connect to mailserver
