TNGLync Communication link failure

Postby kent » Mon Jun 29, 2020 12:00 pm

Good day, I got this error in the TNGLync Service log.
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]Communication link failure.

Does the TNGLync Service not establish a new connection if the LynDB becomes unavailable.

Regards,
Kent

Dear Kent

TNG connects to the Lync service to receive the call details instead of a PABX.
The network connection option used, thus simulates connection to a network PABX.

Please try the 'Idle Disconnect' option to ensure TNG will check from time to time if connected to the "PABX".
NOTE: Make sure the 'Keep Alive' option is unticked.
