The following is required for the integrtation with RUBY on the samsung PABX.

NB: This is not a tapi solution! The PABX must have its ACD option enabled to send this
via the comport for PABX3 to receive with the ACD plugin.

Requirements:

First PABX3 Plugin.
To receive ACD data from the PABX unit.
Second PABX3 Plugin
To receive SMDR data from the PABX unit.
TOPAZ
To send SMDR data to RUBY

Setup:

SMDR DATA:

Second PABX3 plugin
Install PABX3 to receive data via serial cable.
Use plugin accoding to model of PABX.

TOPAZ
Install TOPAZ.
Make sure TOPAZ is open and receiving data
i.e. timer on, network enabled
Configure your RUBY extension.
DATA -> EXTENSIONS, tick "Ruby Extension", for each call centre extension.
SETUP -> PROPERTIES -> NETWORK/FRONT OFFICE:
Tick "Ruby Call Centre".
Enter the IP of the RUBY server.
ACD Data:

First PABX3 plugin
To receive ACD data from the PABX unit.

Make sure you are using the correct ACD plugin, for example 'ASamsungDCS500i_ACD.dll'.
The plugin is on the TOPAZ CD in the folder Pabx3\profiles\lib.
Make sure that CLI is enabled on the PABX
PABX3 setup for Ruby on LG GDK / Samsung PABX
RUBY gets the login and logout status form the ACD data from
the Samsung PABX unit.

Sample of login and logout data:

~514=0=6=0=0=0=0=0=0=34=90
206 05/22 01:48:46 GROUP IN 510
209 01/31 00:49:27 GROUP OUT 513
~514=0=6=0=0=0=0=0=0=34=90
207 05/22 02:40:20 GROUP OUT 510
~504=0=2=0=0=0=0=0=0=6=12

In this example extension 206 logs into group 510
and extension 207 logs out of group 510.

In PABX3 under TOOLS, create rawdata must be ticket, then
the rawdata file will be created in
"C:\Program Files\Datatex\PABX3\rawdata\".
If the agents extension is not in the rawdata, then
the PABX unit needs to be configured.

Sample of ACD queue data:

~511=5379=1704=1164=8=516=12804=0=0=11=226
~512=13556=4272=8595=4=55=20414=0=0=10=280
~513=40463=5991=6572=3=159=13328=0=0=12=708
~510=39=5=10=7=63=100=0=0=10=52
~511=5379=1704=1164=8=516=12804=0=0=11=226
~512=13556=4272=8595=4=55=20414=0=0=10=280
~513=40463=5991=6572=3=159=13328=0=0=12=708
~510=39=5=10=7=63=100=0=0=10=52
~511=5379=1704=1164=8=516=12804=0=0=11=226
~512=13556=4272=8595=4=55=20414=0=0=10=280
