This error can occur if for example only the PABX was restarted and the SRC did not restart, the SRC might not have a connection. You will need to contact Datatex Support to investigate.

You can get the following critical e-mail if there was a restart of the PABX(as AMTMitel also connects to it):

You can try to stop/start AMTMitelCRE from the AMETHYST webadmin to see if it recovers.

AMETHYST Webadmin -> Home Page -> Click on 'Stop AMTMitelCRE'.
When it changes to 'Start AMTMitelCRE', click on it to start the recordings service up.

To see if all device loaded and AMTMitelCRE started up and is recording:
AMETHYST Webadmin -> Configure Cardserver/CRE, click on the view logs link (top left hand side). It will access todays log file only.
