Devices appear as recorded but no recordings

This is my dilemma

I managed to free up 6 unused licenses and added 6 new devices to my recordings.
The devices are appearing under recorded devices but i cannot find any recorded calls.
I added them using the instructions supplied on this forum but cannot find any other way to make this work.

Have you been able to resolve the issue?
Did you also add the extensions to the CRE and point the phones tot he SRC?
