TNG no longer working

Hi

For some reason TNG has stopped working. It stopped working on the 2013/09/11. I have attached the logs from that day and for today 2013/09/25 after I restarted TNG

The entries in the tng.log causing the issues is:

Hi Belinda

For some very odd reason my PBX install, on the /etc/asterisk/manager.conf there is no entry for tng. I am not sure if due to some error the entry vanished or did not exist at all. What I know is that it was working until the 11-09-2013 then it just stopped. The master.csv file is up to date yet somehow TNG is not reading it.

I am not sure how the entries was removed.

Stop the tng deamon.
I would suggest making a backup of the file before editing it.
Add the 'missing' entries as per post.
Start the tng deamon.
