According to your call capacity it cannot be the auto purge. I think the database might be damaged.

The only option then is to blank the database and re-import the 'master.csv' files in the processed folder.

For steps, see forum post: How do I blank the TNG call details?

Like I said, I've already tried this. No difference.

Out of curiosity, tonight I shut TNG down, set the system clock back to December 1, restarted TNG, and then generated a detail report between Oct 25 and Oct 31. The report returned results between Oct 28 and Oct 31. I then set the system clock back to December 4, did the same report, and the results only showed for Oct 31.

Same server, same database, same everything - only difference was the server's clock. This is definitely a time limit with the reporting code. Please fix it. How long do you think you'll need?

If your TNG Live for Asterisk is not registered, it will run in 'Free' mode. TNG Live in Free mode has limited features. If you go to the Home page, you will see that some of the icons has a lock on it. One of the limited features are that you wil only be able to pull reports for the last 35 days.

To get it out of free mode, you need to purchase and register TNGLive for Asterisk.

Refer to forum post: How do I register TNG 1.1.1.6 or newer?

Ok, that makes sense. I have followed the registration instructions, and TNG reports "Registered, but not activated". The reporting issue persists, so I assume we need to get activated - how do we do that please? Thanks.

You will need to forward your company details to our sales side, andrea@datatex.co.za, she will then create a invoice.

To activate TNGLive for Asterisk:

you select Datatex as the dealer and follow the first step in the forum post(log into your TNG):
How do I activate TNG Live?

the second step must be done by Datatex Sales side, once payment has been approved.

When I performed the registration yesterday I had to select the dealer, and the first option was Datacentrix. I don't know how to change it to Datatex now - is this going to be a problem? Thanks.

I have logged your query with the admin side for registrations. I will let you know once I have feedback.

Our TNG activation is fixed now, and all our old call records are visible. Thank you all for your assistance.
