We had power failures and now the TNG login page cannot be displayed.
TNG log entry on start of service:
- Code: Select all
memory status object created
Error copying C:\Program Files\Datatex\TNG\scripts\tooltips.js to C:\Program Files\Datatex\tng\scripts_tooltips.20140219085338.js : data error (cyclic redundancy check)
TNG service shows started, but cannot open login page.

I don't see which version is involved here. Can you please get the tooltips.js file from the location reported and then compare it with the same version from a working installation.
It could be that the file is damaged or the the file system is damaged and the file cannot be copied anymore.
