Cannot log in with department head login

Datatex cannot reset the password or provide the Department Head password.
the TNG administrator must reset the password.

1. Log into TNG web page as 'admin'.
   Click on Department Head page icon (next to Home page icon on top left of page):

2. Select the required Department Head login by clicking on it and adjust the password accordingly:

NOTE: If the TNG 'admin' password has been lost,
the TNG administrator must contact Datatex to reset the password:
