Reference Pop-up
The pop-up facility is now configured in Topaz on the extension screen.
When enabled, a pop-up screen will appear, asking for a reference code
associated with the call that was just completed. This information is then
stored in topaz.
One of three options can be configured for a callmonitor:
Y = Yes, ask for reference. (Can enter a code or select from the dropdown list)
N = No, don't ask for code at all.
F = Forced, ask for reference, but only allow selecting from list; can not enter
their own codes.
The list containing the references used in the dropdown box is found in the
callmonitor folder. This file can be placed in a central location and all the
callmonitors can then use it as a global list.
Call Information Pop-up
When there isn't a person's name associated with a number, Topaz can request
that the Callmonitor ask for the person and company names and if it is a business
or private number. This information will then be stored on the numbers table
in Topaz. Next time the number is used the details will already be there. Topaz
will also update that the call on the transaction table with this details.
This setting is also set on the extension screen in Topaz.
There are three options that can be used:
Y = Yes, ask for details, nothing required.
N = No, don't ask for details at all.
